What Business as Mission Really Means

What do bishops and business have in common? Perhaps more than you might think.

Business as Mission in Myanmar

Five Talents is proud to work with senior church leaders across the globe to serve communities through business development.

A few weeks ago, for example, Five Talents responded to a request from the Archbishop of Myanmar to train clergy, church leaders and bishops from throughout Myanmar on what is often referred to as Business as Mission.

Like many church leaders, Archbishop Stephen recognizes the importance of local business. He has a vision for self-reliant communities and churches where women and men can live with dignity and be free from poverty. Teaching his people business skills can be one of the most important parts of the mission of his church.

Five Talents is grateful for the opportunity to work with leaders like Archbishop Stephen and with churches and small businesses around the world. Want to learn more about Business as Mission? Click here.
