Friendship During a Pandemic

Friendship during a Pandemic: Family in Tanzania

I was grateful to hear this last week from a bishop who works with our programs in east Africa. The bishop has become a friend, and when he writes me he calls me brother.

I was grateful to hear that in his country they have overcome many difficulties. My friend was so upbeat and hopeful compared to a few months ago. And it means a lot to know that he is praying for my family and for Five Talents workers in the United States and around the world.

This reminded me how close we still are to one another during these pandemic times, even though I haven’t been able to get on an airplane for six months.

So, I feel very grateful for strong and talented leaders who wisely manage these programs all over the world.

Until next Monday morning
