Dear friend,
Can you even remember what it was like to travel each time you needed to attend a meeting? I stayed at a hotel this weekend, and when I saw a conference room, I just laughed. It looked like it hadn’t been used since forever!
Despite the huge challenges and difficulties of this last year, Zoom meetings have been a surprising benefit. I get to “visit” with our partners around the world virtually almost every week now. So, we are grateful to be able to hold a special Zoom meeting this week, and you are invited. Despite the lock-downs of the pandemic, our partners manage to keep our programs going, and going well in many cases.
So let’s celebrate and give thanks! If you haven’t yet, please RSVP for our first, virtual Prayer and Praise Night Tuesday, May 11th at 7pm EST.
We’ll have a short time of worship and share brief updates from some of our program partners worldwide. We will also lift up specific prayer requests from our partners in Myanmar, Burundi, and Bolivia. We hope you will join us for this meaningful evening of communal prayer and thanks.
Until next Monday morning,
Dale Stanton-Hoyle
