What it Means to Empower Women and Girls

Empowering Women and Girls

Education and Women’s Empowerment

In many parts of the world, women don’t get to attend school nearly as much as the boys do. Almost 80% of Five Talents program participants are women, and the first thing many of them do when they join our savings groups is to learn to read and write. Then when they start new businesses, the first thing they do is pay school fees, so their kids—especially their daughters—get the precious opportunity to learn. Just like our kids in the US. Please help us keep this cycle going by supporting our Back-To-School drive:
