E. Everett Post has been a microfinance advisor to Five Talents since May 2000 and is a member of our Global Program Team with lead responsibility of our program in Bolivia. For the 20 years he served as an international lending officer and manager at Chase Manhattan Bank and for 15 years more as a senior consultant on numerous economic development and microfinance USAID, World Bank and non-profit projects. Everett brings a longitudinal perspective, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of operational options to help develop and strengthen our programs. He has special experience with financial institutions, management, project implementation, development of policies and procedures, financial and risk analysis, strategic planning, credit operations and systems, and participatory training and assistance programs. His experience living and working in developing countries makes him sensitive to the critical context of people in multicultural projects where he can help connect diverse individuals and ideas to promote the economic, social and spiritual development of individuals and institutions.
