Bill Eggbeer, PAST Board Chair

Bill is a health care strategist, author and speaker. He has been a Managing Director at BDC Advisors for over 15 years, providing C-Suite strategy consulting services to health care delivery systems and health plans. Prior to joining BDC Advisors, he served in senior executive roles at Marriott Corporation and Manor Care, focused in their senior living and health care businesses. He holds a Master of Management degree in Marketing and Health Services Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Lawrence University. Five Talents is his passion. He has worked with the organization for over ten years, as a volunteer, board member, Chair of the Five Talents – US Board of Directors, and currently as Chair of the Five Talents International Board of Directors.
