Rouda M. Feghali, BOARD MEMBER

Rouda is an attorney and a security and risk management consultant. She provides her clients tools to build organizational resilience and strategies that optimize business processes in dynamic environments. Over the course of her career, she served as a senior executive in the Department of Justice and in senior roles at the National Security Council and at the Department of Energy. She has 25+ years of experience in law enforcement, national security and international operations, where she worked across government agencies and organizations to find solutions to complex cross-governmental security and legal issues. She has unique experience in leading interagency and multi-national teams, as well as in building and leveraging partnerships at all levels to manage risk and solve intractable problems.

Rouda is a graduate of Baylor University and University of Maryland School of Law. She is an International Women’s Forum Fellow. She serves as an executive and cross-cultural mentor and has a heart for empowering women into career and community leadership. She and her husband are a long-time are DC area residents and members of the Bridge Church.
