Jim Lewis, BOARD MEMBER

Jim is a top-rated business lawyer with more than 35 years of experience.

As an experienced corporate lawyer, Jim handles mergers and acquisitions, along with the full range of business legal issues, from entity selection and formation to governance rights to executive compensation, intellectual property questions, contracts, employment law and business finance.       

Jim's extensive background includes multiple representations of major companies from government IT contractors to manufacturers, medical software developers and 501c(3) charities. He has worked with purchasers, sellers, creditors, debtors and shareholders in multi-million-dollar corporate deals and has helped create executive compensation plans.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and has been admitted to the Bar in Virginia and the District of Columbia as well as before the U.S. Bankruptcy court. He serves with Rees Broome, PC, Attorneys at Law in Northern Virginia and is also counsel to multiple 501c3 charities including Pro-Bono Counsel to Five Talents USA.
